Working at First Light

We’re working on one of the hardest and most important challenges in science and engineering: making commercial fusion a reality.

That takes ambitious people, bold ideas and the courage to challenge how things have always been done.

At First Light, you’ll work alongside scientists, engineers and specialists who want to solve problems that matter, build technology with real-world impact, and help power a world worth inheriting.

“Solving the challenge of fusion will take some of the brightest minds in the world, working together in new and different ways. We believe the best ideas come from bringing together people with diverse skills, perspectives and experiences. We’re proud to create an environment where talented people can thrive and build careers at the forefront of fusion.”
